You can say what you will of the main-stream press (and I certainly will grant that they have earned the reputation they now enjoy), but please do not discount its influence. Newspapers like the New York Times still set the agenda whether you agree with it or not.<BR/><BR/>I have been "ferreting" out insights my entire life. However, most of what I write are not the insights of others - ferreted or otherwise - but my own. Perspective is entirely unique and I can only present my own. Although it might appear that I have only "skimmed off the surface" to you, my insight in this case was commentary on how most people get their news from the mainstream and how misleading it can be. <BR/><BR/>Not everyone is as insightful as you - or me.Michael K. Staying away from the internet "news" your library should have a few shelves of magazines,including political commentary you haven't heard of.
